How to play a keyboard (the basics).

Learning how to play a keyboard may seem difficult. You've tried but it still seems like a big firewall. Well don't sweat it, after reading this post you'll definitely get better. Don't just be discouraged, read on!.

ALL KEYBOARDS

1. All keyboards have a single pattern.
(a). Three white keys enclosing two black keys.
(b). Four white keys enclosing three black keys.
 (c). You could also see it this way.
(i) Two black keys separated by one white key. Followed by, three black keys separated by a white then the two black keys again.
This arrangement makes up for the C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C pattern which all keyboards have. Just find the "C" key on the keyboard and you'll be able to manipulate it well. 2. Understand the black keys:
The black keys names varies depending on what key you are in or the chord you are playing. Read what follows immediately, it'll help you understand the pattern.
(a). 1st black key in the group is C♯or D♭
(b). 2nd black key in the group is D♯or E♭
(c). 3rd black key in the group is F♯or G♭
(d). 4th black key in the group is G♯or A♭
(e). 5th black key in the group is A♯or B♭
To find the note of a black, go to the white key before it(from the left), use a sharp sign for it. Also, go to the white key before it (from the right), use a flat sign for it.

3. Finding the octave the note is in:
Start by finding the middle C. Click here to be redirected to the page you can learn this. Now, go down or up to reach your desired.

4. Learn what each note sounds like:
Like they say, practice make perfect. Endeavor to practice playing the keyboard, the steps above will help you understand the position of keys and how they are called. However, we can't teach you how they sound, that's your own role. Getting to know what each note sounds like helps you understand the keyboard better. It also goes a long way to help you know the position of keys without looking. So, play on!. Slizzed looks forward to your success.

3. Sleep in a more humid room:
Dry rooms makes your throat irritated thereby resulting I'm snores. Using humidifiers can help reduce the dryness of air. You could also try having a warm bath before going to bed. This helps keep your throat moistured and stopping the snores.

4. Try and strengthen your throat:
Singing can help make your throat open up. Having a relaxed throat makes it close up, this makes breathing a little tough, causing snoring. Another exercise that can help strengthen your throat is didgeridoo. To do this, tick your tongue out and try reaching for something, now release. Repeat this for 10-15 times.

How to get back your hacked Facebook account.

Getting back your hacked Facebook account isn't much of a stress so, don't sweat it. Just follow these steps and you'll be smiling cause you've finally retrieved your account.

1. Visit the hacked account Facebook page:
To do this all you need do is insect this address to your browser and visit the page. www.facebook.com/hacked. When your done with this, insert your email address, login name, phone number or full name. Hit the search button, Google will thereafter search it's index for corresponding account. Click on your own account!.

2. Insert password:
After your account has been detected, you'll be requested to insert your password either old or new. If you knew your new password, you wouldn't be here anyways, so insert the old password (the one you used before it was hacked).

3. Reset password:
Since the password you entered is old. You'll get a wrong password message. Don't get worried, just click on the reset button. This will direct you to a page where you'll be requested to input email for the new password to be posted there.

4. Change email:
It's possible the hacker may have changed your email address too. Just read or confirm the email displayed, check if you'll find yours. If it isn't there, you wouldn't want to send the new password to the hackers email. So, click the, "No longer have access to these" button on the page.

5. Put new email:
After following the step above. You'll be asked how you want to be contacted. Here, you input the email address you intend to be contacted with.

6. Follow the steps in the email:
After you've inserted the email. A message will be sent to your email address. Just open the email and follow the link provided. You'll be directed on how to regain your account and your account will be gotten back in no time.

How to make money with Facebook.


A whole lot of us spend so much time on Facebook viewing pictures and chatting. This may seem fun, however it is also time consuming. Try thinking of the money you could make by monetizing your account. $250 each day is something good compared to just surfing the Web and end up gaining nothing. 2. Promote your programs:
After you've found this affiliate sponsors, sign up for them using your Facebook account. Ensure you keep on updating your viewers so they'll keep on directing traffic to your link.

USING FACEBOOK PAGE
1. Create a fan page:
You'll need a fan page as its serves as a room for all does interested in your contents. You could invite friends to like your page, some won't but some will though. Don't just get discouraged.

How to Write a Last Minute Essay


Most times we do get so busy we neglect our assignments only to remember at die minutes. Slizzed is dedicated with helping you guys with issues like this. Learn how to right your essay real quick and be saved from the embarrassment!.

CREATING A SERENE ENVIRONMENT TO WRITE.

1. Get rid of distractions:
Distractions makes your brain confused. At this time, thinking becomes really difficult for you. Things like TV, radios even your mobile devices are considered distractions. In order for you to concentrate properly and make good use of your brain, you'll need to detach yourself from all forms of distractions.

2. Arrange your reading space for the write-up:
Endeavor to make space on your reading table. This clears your mind too for writing.
Having a table full of snacks or books on different subject matters will get you distracted, or probably seeing insects everywhere may make you irritated and distracted too. Cleaning up your workspace makes it much easier for your brain to work. Note, you shouldn't do too much of a cleaning cause, you may become tired and end up procrastinating.

3. Gather the resources you'll need:
Your textbooks, notes, articles and most importantly, your dictionary are good things to use while righting your essays. So make sure you've got them in close range before you start your writeup. Leaving the table in search of these materials may make you distracted.

4. Try to focus:
Even after getting all these things I've mentioned above. You may still not succeed in writing your essay mainly cause your aren't concentrating. When deep down, your babbling about how much time you don't have, concentrating will be impossible. So, take a deep breath and try to focus on the essay your are about to write. Motivate yourself so you could finish the write-up. Setting out a reward for yourself when your done writing the essay is really helpful. Maybe that new game your dad bought for you. Ensure you time yourself too.

5. Don't make yourself comfortable if your writing at night:
This post is about helping you write your essay during the last minute. Definitely, night may be that last minute. I'll give you some tips that'll help you write successfully even at night.
(a). Take a cup of coffee, since it contains caffeine, it'll help keep you awake. However, don't take too much of it.
(b). Don't seat in a comfortable condition, this can make you sleep off. Using your reading table will make you focus more and drive off the sleep compared to when your on bed and in pyjamas.
(c). Exercising a little is of great help too, a few push-ups would work pretty well.
(d). Make sure you cover up for the time you've been awake. You'll be tired and inactive the next day if you don't.

PREWRITTING

1. Read the assignment and understand it first:
A whole lot of students do fail their assignments not because they didn't do it but, they wrote the wrong thing. Mixing up a topic will only get you failing the whole assignment. Endeavor to read the question first, then adhere to the instructions, that's the length of the essay and other things before you begin your writeup.

2. Make an outline:
This is really important, it helps you stay on track and also write faster and in an organized way too. Create an outline for the essay topic and write following the outline. You shouldn't spend too much time doing this.

CREATING A SERENE THESIS

1. Create your main points:
Essay topics are usually given in order to answer a question. Beating around the Bush will only get you scoring poor in your assignment. So when writing your essay, consider what your main points will be, does it answer your essay questions?. If yes, then proceed.

2. Formulate an arguable thesis:
You should write this down when writing down your outline. Writing on a thesis that is too obvious won't get you scoring that high. Just access the thesis, something to back up your points but make it a little bit arguable. This is where your research materials comes in.

3. Make your thesis in agreement with your essay topic:
If your thesis doesnt fit in with your essay topic, your work will definitely be in vain. Like I said earlier, access your thesis and make sure it's in conjunction with your essay topic.

FORMULATING YOUR FIRST ESSAY DRAFT

1. Start with introduction:
Keep your introduction smooth, interesting and clear, this is really important. If your introduction is all messed up, getting your reader to read the essay will be difficult. Although they say, don't judge a book by its cover, common, if we are being sincere with our selves. You just don't have any choice. If your introduction is interesting the reader will be interested in your essay and then finish the reading. Keep things cool, it's just your first writeup you can make some changes later.

2. Follow the outline you made:
Those outlines you made weren't just for nothing. Here's the time you'll need it. When you pick a particular outline, ponder on it and write encapsulating the points you made in the outline. You shouldn't leave the path of the outline or you'll get everything mixed up.

3. Don't get confused about what word to use:
If your confused about what word to use. Just pick one and move on, when you get back to it. You'll know if you should change it or not.

4. Site your references:
If you made a quote from somewhere maybe Shakespeare's piece, ensure you make references to it. This eliminates plagiarism (copying of another person's work). If you don't do this, your reader may penalize you.

5. Observe short breaks:
Writing for 3hrs straight may get your brain saturated. Endeavor to give your brain some rest, it deserves it. Having a drink or snack would do. You should not engage in things that will get you distracted. Make the break short, you don't want to be distracted!.

REVIEWING YOUR WORK

1. Reevaluate your essay:
This is really important, you may finish drafting the essay and think your all set, No. After the draft, ensure you review your essay. You may not know what you missed out on what you can add. You need to also check how your points are arranged, are they OK?. If yes, you may proceed. Another way to do this is, focusing on the main points of your essay using the main points you made. It makes you spot mistakes faster.

2. Proofread your work:
This step is to help you sort out some misspellings. You could get a friend to help you do this while you read out loud for him or her. Also, use of spellings and grammar checkers on electronic devices would help too, as they are faster and much easier to use.

3. Submit your essay:
Now your done, make sure the essay you'll summit is neat and clean. Submitting a disorganized work can make you loose some credits. Make sure your work is neat and tidy and also in the right format before you submit.

How to hack (what you need to know).

Everyone atleast ones in their lifes had desired to be a hacker. I know how hard it is to complete most game levels, reasons like this make you want to become a hacker. Well, you should know that being a hacker is not all about pressing the keyboards like you see in most movies. There is more to it than that, fortunately that's what slizzed is gonna expose to you. However, you should know, this post is for educational purposes only. Anything you get yourself involved in is to be faced by you not slizzed!.

BEFORE YOU START HACKING.

1. Learn a programming language:
Hacking is all about manipulation of programming languages. They are different types of programming languages of which python, perl and batch scripting is one of them. You'll have to be in command of atleast 3 programming languages in other to become a successful hacker. So, go learn them.

2. Know your prey:
You need to know everything about what you want to hack. Take for instance, to hack a game, you'll need to gather information about the game and it's program (instructions that controls your game). This will make you know what program to write in other to achieve your goal.






HACKING

1. use a *nix terminal for commands:
*Nix terminals are softwares that help you input commands into a computer. Cygwin works well for Windows O.S, Nmap too is also good. You'll need these software programs if you want to hack successfully.

2. Secure your machine:
Here you'll need to protect your devices against external attacks. Tracking you down to where you are will lead to trouble. So, to avert this make sure you protect yourself first before you start hacking.

3. Test the target:
Check if the target is active. You can do this remotely by using the ping utility (it is usually available in most operating systems). You can not trust the results though cause the settings may be changed by some paranoid administrators.

4. Know the operating system:
You'll need to know what kind of operating system your target is using. Running an Nmap scan can help you do this. Nmap runs a port scan thereby showing you the ports that are open on the system. It can also show you what type of firewall or router the operating system uses.

5. Find a port or open pathway in the system:
Ports like TCP and UDP are always more easier to hack than the well protected FTP(21) and HTTP(80). Just check for which port is open and unsecured for you to access.

6. Cracking the password:
You can use a brute force to do this,that's trying every possible password predefined by brute software. Most hashing algorithms are weak, you can take advantage of this weakness and Crack the system. Graphic cards, rainbow tables are also good means of cracking a systems password or authentication code.

7. Get super-user privileges:
Rooting your phone gives you a super-user privilege if targeting a nix* machine! . Getting administrator control works well for Windows devices too. Getting super-user
control makes you have better access to the target computers port or network.

8. Use various techniques:
Buffer overflow can give you a super-user privilege. It usually makes your computer perform a memory dumb thereby giving you the privilege to inject a code and perform a task at a high level than you would normally.

9. Create a back door:
This makes it possible for you to access a system again. It's best you create a backdoor on the compiler. This will make every compiled software of potential way of gaining access into the system next time.

10. Cover your tracks:
You should also learn how to cover your tracks after hacking. Employ every possible technique that can make your presence in the system unknown to the administrator of the system. Don't waste much time when hacking.

How to Grow Taller.


Getting tall is determined by numerous factors in which genetics and environment are great influences. This therefore means you'll need to access your family tree first in order to tress where your height issues are generated from. This does not mean you loss hope, you may be a decendant of your parents recessive gene.

Just make sure your lifestyle is in accordance with what I'll discuss here. You should also note that there's an age you reach which puts a stop to you growing taller. So, be sure you haven't passed that age first before embarking on this journey!. This age is from your mid-twenties up.

1. Understanding the effects of genetics:
This has so far proved to be a determinate of one's height. So, first you'll need to make researches about your ancestors. This will give you an idea on how tall you can get. Having tall parents those not determine if you'll be tall too. So you need to understand that genetics can limit your height.

2. Avoid what causes stunted growth:
Things like alcohol and drugs can make you stunted. Mainly because they'll make you not get enough sleep and sleeping is an essential factor when it comes to growth in general. These does not certify that you'll get tall but it'll ensure you grow fully before your mid-twenties.

3. Get enough sleep:
Like I mentioned earlier, sleep is essential for growth in general. So, endeavor to get enough sleep if you really wish to grow tall. Getting atleast 8.5 to 11 hours of sleep every night is just perfect.

4. Eat well:
You'll need to take enough vitamins and minerals. This will help you grow completely. Carbohydrates, proteins, calcium, vitamin D and zinc are also good things to consume in order to grow taller. Just ensure you take the adequate amounts.

5. Develop a strong immune system:
Illnesses could also result in a stunted growth. However, they may be prevented by the immunization you had as a baby. Not all may have been prevented, consuming enough vitamin C can help keep your immune system strong. You should also rest immediately you notice an offspring of any illness.

6. Exercising:
These may not be of help if your growth plates are already closed. However, if otherwise, getting enough sleep, proper diet, accompanied with the right exercise can boost your height. You should note that there are specific exercises for this.

7. Practice good postures:
Bad postures can actually make you not grow tall or make you look short. They affect the curvature of your growing spine. Sit upright when on chairs and walk straight not bent. Slizzed suggest you make research on how to develop a good posture.

8. Meet a doctor:
If after getting enough rest, exercising and eating properly, there isn't any improvement in your height. Slizzed suggest you meet a doctor. There may be other reasons for you not growing taller before your mid-twenties. The earlier you know the better!.

How to get a Six pack (without equipments).


Many do long for six packs but getting them seems to be impossible for them. Probably because they can't afford the equipments needed to achieve this, well it's fortunately there are proven ways you could still achieve this goal and that's exactly what slizzed is  gonna share with you guys.

LOSE BELLY FAT.

1. Burn your fat:
Belly fats are one of those things that stand against you getting your six packs. So, you'll have to eliminate them first in other to achieve your goal. Exercises like sit-ups will help you accomplish this goal.

2. Reduce your calorie intake:
Calorie are those things that results in that belly fat you've got. So you've got to burn more of it than you take in other to reveal that abdominal muscles you've got. Not eating does not help at all, rather it only signals your body to produce fat. Slizzed suggest you make researches on how to reduce the calories in your system.

3. Consume lean protein:
These include chicken, fish, turkey or for vegetarians tofu, tempeh. You need these cause they are responsible for body building. This includes your abdominal muscles too. So, to get a Six pack quick, take in an adequate amount of protein.

4. Eat vegetables and fruits:
These are reach in vitamins and nutrients that help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Good sources of fruits and vegetables includes oranges, guava, mango, kiwis and pineapples. You should also take garlic, broccoli and lentils as they help in shedding fat.

5. Drink enough water:
Taking enough water makes you hydrated resulting in a much healthy body and reducing the amount of sugary products you consume. Hence, Endeavor to take atleast 3 cups of water each day.

6. Do cardiovascular exercises:
These are exercises that keeps the heart rate up. Exercises like walking, swimming, hiking and biking are good cardiovascular exercises. Slizzed advices you stick to something that's much easier for you. Do these for 30-60 minutes.

BUILDING UP YOUR ABDOMINAL MUSCLES.

1. Targeting the abdominal areas:
When exercising for packs. Endeavor to pick wisely, exercises that works pretty well in developing your three abdominal areas. The upper, lower and obliques (side) abdominals. Every exercise you do is targeted for developing a particular area of your abdominals. So, make sure the exercises you do supplements for all sections of the abdominals.

2. Exercising the lower abs:
Exercises like leg lifts, scissors are good for developing your lower abs. You could find out other means of developing your lower abs by simply typing on Google. Simultaneously, we could help you out with that. Feel free to ask.


3. Develop your upper abs:
You could check Google for exercises that works pretty well in developing your upper abs. However, if you feel that's too much of a stress, you could simply ask slizzed for help using the comment box at the end of this page.


4. Build up your obliques:
You'll need to practice these exercises in other to develop your obliques(side abs).
Side bends is a good exercise which works well in develop your obliques. If you feel uncomfortable with side bends. You could ask slizzed too for other ways or exercises that would work best for you.

5. Do planks:
These exercises are necessary for developing all your abdominal muscles together. To do this exercise, get in push-up position, using your elbows for support rather than your hands. Keep your body in a straight line, making sure that your hips do not sag. Hold for as long as you can.
Keep your head relaxed and looking at the floor.
Start off holding this position for 10 seconds at a time, and work your way up to longer intervals.
To make sure that your body is straight, do this exercise in front of a mirror.
