1. Involve in regular exercises. This is a way of keeping your body strong to survive for 100 Years and more.

2. Never fail to go for check-ups annually. This way you can discover and treat illnesses much earlier.

3. Never engage in intake of illegal drugs and alcohol. These things shorten your life.

4. Like I mentioned earlier don't take alcohol. Even if you do, taking it ones in two weeks is enough.

5. Do not smoke, but if already you do smoke, quit doing it.

7. Don't let yourself be exposed to toxic chemicals and materials.

8. Always try your best to get enough rest.

12. Drink enough water to stay hydrated.

13. Consume a little bit of fat reach foods. You shouldn't take too much of this!.

14. Consume low-sodium diet to keep your heart at optimal level.

15. Always try your best to stay happy and relaxed. Worrying may result in hypertension.

How to get rid of your body odor.

Are you tired of body odor?, you've tried getting rid of it but it just keeps coming back?. Well, don't worry, these steps while surely put an end to your body odor issues.

1. Bath or shower regularly with peppermint castile soap.

2. Make sure you clean yourself dry completely especially in areas prone to body odor. Use unscented talcum powder after this.

3. Eliminate breeding grounds for bacteria on your body. Places like these are your armpit hairs, shoes etc, make sure you keep them clean.

4. Wear cotton, silk or wool clothes mostly as they reduce chances of sweating and getting body odor.

5. Avoid wearing closed footwear with socks for a long time. Rather wear more of sandals and flip-flop. Wear things that'll expose your feet to air.

6. Stop smoking and chewing of tobacco if you engage in any of these.

7. Drink alot of water. Taking 8-10 cups daily is just perfect.

8. Eat foods that contain probiotics.

9. Stop eating foods that can cause body odor for like 2 weeks and see if there is any difference. Examples of these kind of foods are:
(i). Fatty foods and some spices like garlic, curry and onions.
(ii). Coffee and caffinated soft drinks.
(iii). Asparagus, Cummins, alcohol and red meat.

10. Eat plenty of green vegetables.

Getting fat most times is just something you gotta do. Your clothes are getting to big on your and you really need to look best for that ceremony coming up this week. Well, you've run into luck. Here's a simple walk through that'll solve your problem.

1. Consume an additional 500 calorie each day. It's best you achieve this while sticking to a healthy diet. Depending on junk may turn out to be dangerous to your health.

2. Eat and drink more often. Infact you should eat a total of six times each day. Make sure what you eat alot of protein, starch, fat and vegvegetables. Also, inculprating snacks in between meals is also a good practice to get fat.

3. Increase the amount of food you consume normally. That's from maybe 2 spoons to 3.

4. You'll need to eat really fast. Eating slowly makes you get full much faster, so eat like "Flash" if you can!.

5. Start eating late night snacks. That's, before going to bed ensure you eat some snacks.

6. If your having a hard time getting hungry. Practicing these would be helpful:
(i). Make sure you exercise before eating, it's a way of burning the food you've eaten already. Exercising should make you hungry.
(ii). Drink water before you start eating, it's a way of preparing you for the meal.
(iii). Take less liquids as they'll make you full.
(iv). Enhance the flavor of your meals and eat more of your favorite meals.

7. Take more high caloric drinks like smosmooth, soda, coffee etc.

8. Make use of add-in, these include things like milk, nuts etc. They are a way of adding more calories to you meal.

9. Consume more protein.

10. Cook with oil and butter.

11. Try as much as possible to stop smoking.

12. Exercise and get enough rest afterwards.

1. Ensure you don't eat anything two to three hours before going to bed.

2. Cut off the junk food and start developing a healthy diet. These category is much advisable:
(i). Fruits.
(ii). Lean protein.
(iii). Whole grains.
(iv). Low-fat diary products.
(v). Stay away from Trans fat and take more of monounsaturated fats.
(vi). Lower your sodium intake (salt).

3. Eat less, i.e reduce the quantity of food you consume. Using smaller plates can help you achieve this.

4. Eat more of low-glycemic indexed food. Examples of these are cabbage, carrots, apples, cucumbers, onions etc.

5. Try as much as possible to reduce the amount of sugar you consume daily.

6. Eat a protein-rich snack between an interval of 3-4pm.

7. Remember your supposed to eat less, so when you take the snack, be sure to eat less of other meals.

8. Drink more of water and less of beverages and soft drinks.

9. Reduce, if possible, stop taking alcohol.

10. Start doing aerobic exercises.

11. Also, include plyometrics into your workout exercises.

How to reduce eye pain.

Eye pain most times do seem to get out of hands. It makes you want to pluck out your eyes most times right?. Well that is impossible, here's a few things you can do to stop the pain.

1. Flush your eyes out with eyewash. This could be found in the nearby pharmacy. You should also ensure to use the product as directed by manufacturers, you wouldn't want to play with your eyes. Also, washing it with water would also help, however, you should be careful not to use certain materials like soap, also ensure the water is clean. Notify your eye doctor before starting practices like this.

2. You should also consider getting commercial eyedrops. It's best you meet an optician as they'll know what eyedrop is best for you.

3. When the pain comes on, try isolating your eye from all light sources. Stay away from electronic devices like television, mobile phone etc, that's if your lifestyle permits. You should get eye masks, it's just best. Give your eye the rest it deserves.

4. Getting a eye compress is also a good way of stopping the eye pain. Be sure you consult your optician before getting this device. Anyways, there are other alternatives to the eye compress device which are:
(i). Using a spoon and a cup of water:
×. Get a spoon and a cup filled with water.
×. Place the spoon in the cup for like 2 minutes.

(ii). Using ice:
×. Put an ice cube in a bag.
×. Place the bag of ice over your eye for about 2 minutes for each eye.
×. Repeat the experiment till the pain reduces.
Note: Never use ice directly with your skin as it may irritate it.

5. Remove the contact lens for some time if you use it.

6. If the pain seems to be consistent, contact your optician immediately.

7. Try blinking more as it will help secret tears in order to clean up the dirt in your eye.

8. Reduce the brightness of your electronic devices screen. You should ensure not to watch TV before bed or use your mobile phone.

9. Increase the font size of the documents you read. It reduces the tendency of you straining your eyes.

10. Set a little bit far away from your computer screen.

11. Consider purchasing a computer Eyewear.

12. Clean your eye regularly.

1. Eat less of carbohydrates:
Carbohydrate rich foods are known for high calorie content which results in weight gain. Therefore, taking less of it will reduce the calorie content in your body thereby reducing your weight gain. 2. Consume less of Palm oil:

Salt makes water lose in the body difficult thereby accumulating water in your body and making you thick. 5. Consume less of red meat:

6. Avoid deep fried foods:

(a). Do cardio.
(b). Do squats.
(c). Do deadlifts
(d). Do front lunges and reverse lunges
(e). Do leg raises to work your outer glutes.
(f). Do kickbacks.

1. Don't eat too much protein:
I specified, "too much", cause your body still needs them. You may hear a whole lot of people saying, taking protein in large amounts is really good in giving you a huge butt. Sweetheart, this is a myth. Research shows,
(a). For women, two servings of protein for a total of 6 ounces (170g) is plenty.
(b). For teenage boys and active men, get 3 servings or 7 ounces (198g)of protein, it'll give them everything they need to grow and develop properly.

2. Change your carbs intake:
Say no to white refined sugar. Rather, you should take more of brown rice, lentils and beans. They help cut out fat around your midsection making your butt more prominent.

3. Increase your calorie intake:
Wait, this is based on your body type. If you tend to have more fat around your hip and butt then proceed with this plan, it helps in making your butt bigger. However, if your body type is designed to have more fat around your midsection, hands, stomachs and legs then it's a no-no to this step. You should rather, try losing weight and reducing your calorie intake, it'll reduce the fat and make your butt more prominent.
