5. Never lean on the cars dashboard. The airbag may injure you when the car gets hit.

6. Always endeavor that your car's engine, brakes, tires, suspension and transmission are in optimum conditions. This alone can prevent the accident from occurring.

7. Make sure you obey traffic laws and be sure to observe the condition of roads. That is, if wet or dry so that you'll know how to adjust your speed to fit such conditions.

8. Make sure all your attention is on what your doing, that's the road, steering etc. Don't let yourself be distracted with phone calls, maps and activities around.

15. After a crash, switch your engine off immediately. Stop smoking and anyone else who is smoking from continuing. Your car may explode if you don't.

16. Make sure you have a first aid box with you cause you'll need it. After this, call the emergency services after the crash.
