No one wishes to die yet the things we do still lead to our death. It's quite possible for one the live for 100 Years and more. This step will expose you to this secret.

1. Involve in regular exercises. This is a way of keeping your body strong to survive for 100 Years and more.

2. Never fail to go for check-ups annually. This way you can discover and treat illnesses much earlier.

3. Never engage in intake of illegal drugs and alcohol. These things shorten your life.

4. Like I mentioned earlier don't take alcohol. Even if you do, taking it ones in two weeks is enough.

5. Do not smoke, but if already you do smoke, quit doing it.

6. Sometimes, people do die in accidents. However, the most painful part is most of these accidents could have been prevented or the intensity of the injuries reduced. Just obey the rules of the road. Check my post on how to survive a car accident to learn more.

7. Don't let yourself be exposed to toxic chemicals and materials.

8. Always try your best to get enough rest.

9. Start eating a balanced diet accompanied with lots of fruits and vegetables.

10. Try and consume sufficient protein to stay resilent.

11. Eat sufficient carbohydrates to sustain your youthful energy.

12. Drink enough water to stay hydrated.

13. Consume a little bit of fat reach foods. You shouldn't take too much of this!.

14. Consume low-sodium diet to keep your heart at optimal level.

15. Always try your best to stay happy and relaxed. Worrying may result in hypertension.

Masturbation, it's the first thing almost every individual engages in before venturing into the path of adult sexuality. It may seem nice after all, however, what gets wrong is when it becomes an habit you can't stop. Well, everything can be stopped so don't let that worry you. All you need is follow these steps, it's actually simple and easy.

1. Channel your energy into other profitable things, it takes your mind off masturbation. Remember, an idle man is the devil's workshop. Activities like the ones listed below would be ok.
(i). Start writing or start learning a musical instrument.
(ii). Try playing any sport you find fun.
(iii). Find a new Hobbie or cultivate a new skill.
(iv). Volunteer to helping those leased privileged than you.

2. Make a plan for yourself in order to resist the urge. Endeavor never to be alone too. When the urge comes, find someone and talk to, it'll get your mind off it.

3. You need to know what makes you masturbate so you can stop it. Find out the hour the urge comes and not be alone at that time. You could invite friends over during that period. However, if it's impossible for them to come over, try listening to gospel and sermons when the urge comes.

4. Stop watching porn. It may seem impossible for you. So, when things get tough, you apply other measures. Like putting porn restriction apps on your device. Try as much as possible not to sign out of the restriction program.

5. It will sure be hard for you to stop. Don't lose hope, keep on trying, you'll definitely defeat the urge. You could try tricking yourself with rewards everytime you overcome the urge. However, you should punish yourself too when you fall for it.
