6. Also endeavor to close up all the holes around your area, like those in your foundation, garage or screen doors. Else, they'll use these sites as their homes.

7. Try and get some sulphur powder and sprinkle it around your compound. This solution will either scare off the snakes or its meal.

15. After a crash, switch your engine off immediately. Stop smoking and anyone else who is smoking from continuing. Your car may explode if you don't.

How to treat sore throat at home fast

1. Try taking lemon, there are different ways you could take these which are:
(i). Mixing the lemon with honey and taking it
(ii). Diluting the lemon juice with warm water.
(iii). sprinkle salt and pepper over the lemon and lick it slowly.

2. Apple cider vinegar is another option. Best way of taking it is, mixing it with lemon juice, honey and warm water then drink it. The pain will slowly go away. Alternatively, you could just take the apple cider vinegar with salt and warm water.

3. Taking cinnamon powder with black pepper powder in warm water and gaggling it works we too. It is also a good treatment. Another option is taking the cinnamon oil with one teaspoon of honey.

4. Another effective way of treating sore throat is, mixing salt in warm water and gaggling it in your mouth, Endeavor not to swallow it. However, if your uncomfortable with the salty taste, try adding honey to it.

5. Try eating garlic in raw and cooked form. However, if your not OK with the smell try garlic pills. You could also try taking garlic oil mixed in warm water.

8. Take turmeric. You could mix this with warm water and drink or you could mix the turmeric powder with black pepper in a glass of milk and drink.

1. Wash and disinfect the wound to remove dirt and debris.

2. Use direct pressure and elevation to control bleeding.

How to treat headache naturally for Nigerians.

Headache, although no one wants it, it just seems to always find its way through to us. Side effects of this headache, well isn't want anyone would want. Fortunately, there are a whole lot of ways this case could be addressed quickly without running to a pharmacist, that's exactly what I'll share here.

1. Try drink alot of water:
Most times you may not actually be having headache, but your just dehydrated. This may arise from stress or other factors. Anyways, when you feel this way (dehydrated), taking a few glass of water would really help. However, you could also substitute this water for chilled sports drinks. In the process, Endeavor to avoid alcohol at all cost as it contributes to dehydration.

2. Find and use an ice park:
This works best in headaches caused by sinus and stress too. This helps shrinks blood vessels and improve circulation in your head. All you need do, is find a ice Park, put them in a nice waterproof bag and place it on your forehead. You should note never to apply ice directly on your skin as you may end up irritating your skin, trust me, you don't want that!.

3. Use hot water (warm actually):
This is to help relax the muscles in your head and reduce the pain. This works in headaches caused by stress. To treat this, you could have a warm bath with warm water, channeling more of the water to the back of your neck. You could also soak a washcloth in the water and dab it at the back of your neck. Alternatively, you could also put your head in a comfortable warm water.

4. Take lemon juice:
Lemon has a refreshing and relaxing taste when consumed. This therefore makes it a good substitute for headache treatment. You could mix it and take it with war water. Pasting a slice of it on your forehead is pretty comforting too. It helps in maintain a healthy acid-alkaline balance of your body.

5. Eat apples:
If you wake up in the morning with headache you should eat salted apples and drain it down with warm water. The smell of fresh apples also works well in easing headaches, just sniff it bro!. You could also use apple cider vinegar in place of apples, both are acidic. Hence, either ways, they both can maintain the pH levels of your body.

Well, here's another option. However, it's for the Apple cider vinegar. Take 3-4spoons of the Apple cider vinegar and put it into a boiling water and inhale, do this with a towel over your forehead. Alternatively, taking the apple cider vinegar mixed with honey and lemon juice would treat your headache much faster.

6. Take peppermint:
They work pretty well in treating headaches. You could take it in tea for by mixing the peppermint with water, then add little honey. Alternatively, you could inhale the sooting aroma, this was well with headaches accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

7. Take ginger:
Ginger has made name so far to be really medicinal. Ginger is anti-inflammatory therefore it helps reduce any form of inflammation which may occur in the head thereby resulting in headaches. Take ginger tea atleast three times a day, it sure is helpful. You should also take the tea early in morning immediately you notice the headache.

1. Eat less of carbohydrates:

Most people regard sleeping as something really easy to do. However,not everyone sees it this way, I'm sure you'll agree with me. Well, that's not what brought you here. How to make your self feel sleepy right?. Here are some tips that'll be of good help to you.

Let your body know when it's best to sleep. Your body is more like a robot, it does what it is programmed to do. Just pick a comfortable sleep time, make sure you adhere to them and your body will automatically go off when it's time making you fall asleep.

4. Build up your obliques:
You'll need to practice these exercises in other to develop your obliques(side abs).
Side bends is a good exercise which works well in develop your obliques. If you feel uncomfortable with side bends. You could ask slizzed too for other ways or exercises that would work best for you.

5. Do planks:
These exercises are necessary for developing all your abdominal muscles together. To do this exercise, get in push-up position, using your elbows for support rather than your hands. Keep your body in a straight line, making sure that your hips do not sag. Hold for as long as you can.
Keep your head relaxed and looking at the floor.
Start off holding this position for 10 seconds at a time, and work your way up to longer intervals.
To make sure that your body is straight, do this exercise in front of a mirror.

How to get rid of pimples (naturally).



Let me begin this by saying, "for one to tackle a problem, he or she must first identify the cause of the problem". This is one great fact many leave out of context while addressing a problem. Clearing a pimple is not different. What I'm heading at is, you should first know what causes pimple before you can stop it's formation. Hence, this post is designed to give you an insight on what causes pimples. Simultaneously, when these factors are put on check, your pimple will be something of the past. Trust me!.


Pimples are formed when the sebaceous glands(oily glands), are clogged or infected by various factors in which bacteria is the most prominent factor. When this happens, they become inflated and form poss under the skin. The factors causing the formation of this pimples are considered irrelevant by many, however I'll reveal them to you. 

1. Avoid touching your face. 
  Too much touching of the face is the first factor to avoid while fighting pimples. This is because there are bacteria on the hand and when they come in contact with the face, they impregnate the oily glands thereby resulting in the formation of pimples. So endeavor not to touch your face.


2. Wash your face and hand three times a day (morning, noon and evening). 
Also, wash your face three times a day with clean water and medicated soap, this is done to remove the oil present on the face, as this also causes formation of pimples. The hand is included since you may be tempted to touch your face.
