How to control your anger.


In time I've come to know that our bodies is equivalent to robots. I consider the heart the engine room of the robot, the veins the wires, the brain the CPU and so many other parts can be compared to that of a computer. But, what makes human beings different is self will, this is made possible by our minds.

Something many do not know is, not only can we control our hands, fingers and other parts.
we can control many other things down to our the muscles in our ears thereby making it possible to move the pinna of our ears. This goes further to our heart, that is, it can be controlled too.The heart is the engine house of the human body and our moods are therefore controlled by the heart beat rate. Hence, let me put it this way, mathematically:
Heart rate is directly proportional to the rate at which we breathe.




Based on my hypothesis, I take the heart to be the regulator of man's mood. So, for one to be able to control his anger, sadness etc. He must relate it to his rate of breathing. so in conclusion, best way to control anger is by following this steps:


1. Hold your breathe.
2. Close your eyes.


3. Breathe in very slowly.
4. Breathe out very very slowly.
5. Continue doing this while thinking of that one thing that makes you happy, probably your mum, girlfriend etc.(these are called a mantra).
