No one wishes to die yet the things we do still lead to our death. It's quite possible for one the live for 100 Years and more. This step will expose you to this secret.

1. Involve in regular exercises. This is a way of keeping your body strong to survive for 100 Years and more.

2. Never fail to go for check-ups annually. This way you can discover and treat illnesses much earlier.

3. Never engage in intake of illegal drugs and alcohol. These things shorten your life.

4. Like I mentioned earlier don't take alcohol. Even if you do, taking it ones in two weeks is enough.

5. Do not smoke, but if already you do smoke, quit doing it.

6. Sometimes, people do die in accidents. However, the most painful part is most of these accidents could have been prevented or the intensity of the injuries reduced. Just obey the rules of the road. Check my post on how to survive a car accident to learn more.

7. Don't let yourself be exposed to toxic chemicals and materials.

8. Always try your best to get enough rest.

9. Start eating a balanced diet accompanied with lots of fruits and vegetables.

10. Try and consume sufficient protein to stay resilent.

11. Eat sufficient carbohydrates to sustain your youthful energy.

12. Drink enough water to stay hydrated.

13. Consume a little bit of fat reach foods. You shouldn't take too much of this!.

14. Consume low-sodium diet to keep your heart at optimal level.

15. Always try your best to stay happy and relaxed. Worrying may result in hypertension.

How to get rid of your shyness.

Being shy is actually annoying most times. There's a whole lot of things you've lost cause your shy. How painful, well it's time to put a stop to this. Read on to learn how.

1. You should first of all find out what it is you want to change and why. If your reasons aren't fame like, maybe you want to be like someone else, it's better you back off. Crave to be brave for yourself and not to impress.

2. Change the way you think. What I mean is, think positively. Don't let your self be bothered by someone not approaching you. Just relax!.

3. Don't focus your attention on yourself when talking to someone. Rather let your attention be on who your talking to. Focusing your attention on yourself will only worsen things.

4. Learn to observe how other people flow in a conversion. This doesn't mean you should go out and start doing exactly what you saw them doing. Just observe and do it your own way. You could ask them for advice if you can.

5. If you don't seem to improve, consider meeting a mental health professional.

6. Learn how to make yourself approachable. If you don't look approachable no one will come talk to you. Just be yourself, be confident and everything will be smooth. Don't overdo things by the way or you'll end up sending people off.

7. Go to places where you can meet new people. Also, try making new friends, you could also ask your friends to introduce you to someone new.

8. You should also make time for yourself and practice talking. This doesn't mean you should memorize what to say to someone. Doing this is a way of preparing you for the real deal. Practice make perfect remember.

9. Try showing off your talents. If your good at painting, do it more often in an open place. It's draws people attention to you and they'll sure start the conversation.

10. You should also give sincere compliments. Compliments has shown to be the best way of starting up a conversation.

Getting money from your dad do seem to be really stressy and difficult for you?. Well, don't sweat it, these simple guide will change that fact. Read on!.

1. Prepare a convincing explanation for him.

2. Have enough reasons to backup your request. This is because he'll sure ask you some questions.

3. Find out the exact cost of what your telling him you want to get. Now add some extra amount to it. Be sure it's not cumbersome as he may suspect.

4. Be willing to negotiate with him. Being fixed with you request may annoy him. So, that's why you need to add extra cost so when you negotiate it'll still be profitable.

5. Find something you'll do to make him happy before dropping your request. Washing the car that morning is ok for starters!.

6. Be sure to be polite. Don't be rude when asking, unless you don't want to get anything from him.

7. Be active with your school work. Make sure he notices when your doing your assignments and when your reading too.

8. Always do things that'll make your dad happy.

How to eat with cutlery.

while most people may find use of cutlery quite elementary. This same practice has proven to be difficult to many. Well, that's why I wrote this post. Read on!. 

1. The knife should be held firm in your right hand with the handle tucked into your Palm. 

2. Put your thumb down on one side of the handle and your index finger along the top, however, never touch the top of the blade. Never hold the cutlery like a pencil. 

3. When using the fork with a spoon or knife, it should be held in the left hand, in much the same way as the knife. Also you should note that the prongs must be facing downwards. 

4.  When using the fork alone, it should be held in the right hand, with the prongs facing upwards, resting on the fingers and secured with the thumb and index finger.

5. A spoon is held in the right hand. Make sure it is resting on the fingers and secured with the thumb and index finger. Feel free when using it

6. You should also be careful while eating as there are some rules. For instance, food should be eaten off the side of the spoon; it should never be used at a right angle to the mouth . I know a lot of people who claim there good with cutlery didn't know this. 

7. Also, When eating, ensure that you bring the fork or spoon to the mouth, rather than lowering your head towards the food. So, Bring the food promptly to the mouth and do not gesticulate with the knife and fork.

8. Your Cutlery should be rested on the plate/bowl between bites. It should never be placed together in the bottom-centre when you are finished. 

9. You should also take note of this. Never gesture with your cutlery, and don't scrape or clatter it noisily against your plate or bowl. Doing this is just bad manners. 

10. Equally, it is bad manners to loudly clank your utensils against your teeth. Be sure never to do this anymore.

How to Grow Taller.


Getting tall is determined by numerous factors in which genetics and environment are great influences. This therefore means you'll need to access your family tree first in order to tress where your height issues are generated from. This does not mean you loss hope, you may be a decendant of your parents recessive gene.

Just make sure your lifestyle is in accordance with what I'll discuss here. You should also note that there's an age you reach which puts a stop to you growing taller. So, be sure you haven't passed that age first before embarking on this journey!. This age is from your mid-twenties up.

1. Understanding the effects of genetics:
This has so far proved to be a determinate of one's height. So, first you'll need to make researches about your ancestors. This will give you an idea on how tall you can get. Having tall parents those not determine if you'll be tall too. So you need to understand that genetics can limit your height.

2. Avoid what causes stunted growth:
Things like alcohol and drugs can make you stunted. Mainly because they'll make you not get enough sleep and sleeping is an essential factor when it comes to growth in general. These does not certify that you'll get tall but it'll ensure you grow fully before your mid-twenties.

3. Get enough sleep:
Like I mentioned earlier, sleep is essential for growth in general. So, endeavor to get enough sleep if you really wish to grow tall. Getting atleast 8.5 to 11 hours of sleep every night is just perfect.

4. Eat well:
You'll need to take enough vitamins and minerals. This will help you grow completely. Carbohydrates, proteins, calcium, vitamin D and zinc are also good things to consume in order to grow taller. Just ensure you take the adequate amounts.

5. Develop a strong immune system:
Illnesses could also result in a stunted growth. However, they may be prevented by the immunization you had as a baby. Not all may have been prevented, consuming enough vitamin C can help keep your immune system strong. You should also rest immediately you notice an offspring of any illness.

6. Exercising:
These may not be of help if your growth plates are already closed. However, if otherwise, getting enough sleep, proper diet, accompanied with the right exercise can boost your height. You should note that there are specific exercises for this.

7. Practice good postures:
Bad postures can actually make you not grow tall or make you look short. They affect the curvature of your growing spine. Sit upright when on chairs and walk straight not bent. Slizzed suggest you make research on how to develop a good posture.

8. Meet a doctor:
If after getting enough rest, exercising and eating properly, there isn't any improvement in your height. Slizzed suggest you meet a doctor. There may be other reasons for you not growing taller before your mid-twenties. The earlier you know the better!.
