How to treat headache naturally for Nigerians.

Headache, although no one wants it, it just seems to always find its way through to us. Side effects of this headache, well isn't want anyone would want. Fortunately, there are a whole lot of ways this case could be addressed quickly without running to a pharmacist, that's exactly what I'll share here.

1. Try drink alot of water:
Most times you may not actually be having headache, but your just dehydrated. This may arise from stress or other factors. Anyways, when you feel this way (dehydrated), taking a few glass of water would really help. However, you could also substitute this water for chilled sports drinks. In the process, Endeavor to avoid alcohol at all cost as it contributes to dehydration.

2. Find and use an ice park:
This works best in headaches caused by sinus and stress too. This helps shrinks blood vessels and improve circulation in your head. All you need do, is find a ice Park, put them in a nice waterproof bag and place it on your forehead. You should note never to apply ice directly on your skin as you may end up irritating your skin, trust me, you don't want that!.

3. Use hot water (warm actually):
This is to help relax the muscles in your head and reduce the pain. This works in headaches caused by stress. To treat this, you could have a warm bath with warm water, channeling more of the water to the back of your neck. You could also soak a washcloth in the water and dab it at the back of your neck. Alternatively, you could also put your head in a comfortable warm water.

4. Take lemon juice:
Lemon has a refreshing and relaxing taste when consumed. This therefore makes it a good substitute for headache treatment. You could mix it and take it with war water. Pasting a slice of it on your forehead is pretty comforting too. It helps in maintain a healthy acid-alkaline balance of your body.

5. Eat apples:
If you wake up in the morning with headache you should eat salted apples and drain it down with warm water. The smell of fresh apples also works well in easing headaches, just sniff it bro!. You could also use apple cider vinegar in place of apples, both are acidic. Hence, either ways, they both can maintain the pH levels of your body.

Well, here's another option. However, it's for the Apple cider vinegar. Take 3-4spoons of the Apple cider vinegar and put it into a boiling water and inhale, do this with a towel over your forehead. Alternatively, taking the apple cider vinegar mixed with honey and lemon juice would treat your headache much faster.

6. Take peppermint:
They work pretty well in treating headaches. You could take it in tea for by mixing the peppermint with water, then add little honey. Alternatively, you could inhale the sooting aroma, this was well with headaches accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

7. Take ginger:
Ginger has made name so far to be really medicinal. Ginger is anti-inflammatory therefore it helps reduce any form of inflammation which may occur in the head thereby resulting in headaches. Take ginger tea atleast three times a day, it sure is helpful. You should also take the tea early in morning immediately you notice the headache.
